Home Exterior Pest Management Services
Exterior treatments are performed to prevent certain insects from entering the home. These treatments are performed within 3 feet of the dwelling. Most of the products used are virtually odorless and are all applied by trained professionals.
Annual Pest Control Service Agreement
Service is generally implemented under an annual agreement and will be serviced every month. Services are scheduled for a specific day of each month, with a particular technician performing the service each time. It allows you or your tenants the ability to make the home accessible for a scheduled service.
No Extra Costs If Active Pest Problems Arise
Our service agreement provides additional visits at no extra cost if an active pest problem arises before the next scheduled visit. It is a valuable feature of our service, especially if someone brings pets or other insects into your home. Pest management accounts that are paid for a year in advance receive a 5% discount. The contract may be renewed monthly after the initial term has expired without paying another start-up fee.
Key Box Installation and Sales
We also sell and install key boxes for our customers. The boxes have combination locking doors and will hold up to five keys. These boxes solve many problems relating to your home's access, not only for us but to others who need access.
One-Time Pest Management Services
We can perform a one-time pest management service, but we do not recommend them. We have found that this type of service is not usually successful in managing a pest problem. Therefore, there is no warranty on this service. Should additional treatment be necessary, it will require an additional fee. You may convert a one-time pest service to a monthly service program if we are contacted within 30 days of the initial service. The service fee will be applied to the service agreement as to the initial service.
